3. Products & Services

  • TSC offers authentic designer and niche fragrance decants, subscriptions, and fragrance bar/event services.

  • All decants are hand-rebottled from genuine, legally purchased fragrances.

  • Disclaimer: The Sillage Collection, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor of any fragrance brands. Trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

4. Orders, Payments & Pricing

  • We accept payment through debit, all major credit card companies, PayPal, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including those suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • We currently ship domestically within the United States of America.

  • Please note: fragrances contain alcohol and may be subject to shipping restrictions by carriers.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.

7. Subscriptions

  • By enrolling in “The Sillage Subscription,” you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us.

  • Changes must be made at least 5 days before your next billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, branding, designs, and text, is the property of The Sillage Collection, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse our site or services, including but not limited to:
